1. The agreement

VirtualCFO (the "service") is run by [Operator name], trading as VirtualCFO, based in [City, State, Country]. These terms are the agreement between you and us.

2. Using VirtualCFO

You can use the invoicing tools without an account. You can also sign in with email and password, an email link or Google. You are responsible for what your invoices say: the GSTIN, the HSN or SAC codes, the tax rates you enter and the filing of your returns. VirtualCFO works out the amounts from the rates you give it and does not register invoices on any government portal. Invoices you make are kept in your browser, so keep your own copies of the PDFs.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 3 members and 30 documents a month. After a paid plan ends you keep it for 3 days, then the workspace returns to Free. Payment is made by hand (UPI, PayPal or Skydo) and the plan switches on once the owner confirms it.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [Governing law]. Disputes go to [City]. Write to support@virtualcfo.app with questions.

5. Open-source notices

This product is derived from oddbit/shrtnr and vveb.top, both released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The licence text ships with the source as LICENSE and the attribution notice as NOTICE. Files changed from the original carry a modification notice.
